| How often are new shirts added? It could be daily, it could be hourly, weekly, it all depends on when the muse strikes us. To be notified when we add a product, submit your email into the nifty little box at the bottom of this page. Where can I get info on shipping times, methods, costs and exchanges. That is handled by cafepress and they should be able to handle all of your concerns right here. I have a question about my order. Shirt Be With You does not directly print or ship your item, and we do not directly handle the charges to your credit card. All of that is done via cafepress.com. If you have your confirmation email, you have all the information that you'll need for any of these concerns. If you don't, let us know at info@shirtbewithyou.com and we'll be glad to help you out - we can't rectify anything through cafepress but we will be able to identify your order and give you any information that you might be missing. I didn't purchase the item from cafepress. Then one of two things happened: You got high and neglected to hit "Submit", or you were redirected to one of the vendors that we serve as an affiliate for, and processed your order through them. Same as above - check your email, if you don't have it, let us know the product and we'll put you in touch with the people who do know. We're good like that. Why don't you print and ship your items? It's an embarrassing story. We had a nice little sweatshop operation going in our basement, consisting of 5 Little People, 8 trained spider monkeys, a homeless former AIG Executive and 3 members of a 98 Degrees tribute band. Yes, from time to time we drastically reduce the prices on one or more of our items, but you have to check regularly (or sign up for updates) to know when. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders? That depends on the product. We currently offer bulk product pricing for buttons, stickers and magnets as standard check-out options at cafepress.com. However, if you are interested in any of our shirts in bulk orders over 15, contact us and we can privately make arrangements for a specially priced order. Do you accept coupons?
